Large Format Printing, Banners, Canvas & Fabric Flags & Stickers & Graphic Advertising Wraps

(1) Computer Printing:
PVC is a common material for large-format printing. PVC with adhesive backing has a layer of glue applied to the back, giving it sticker-like properties. PVC itself is a waterproof material, and when printed with oil-based ink and laminated with a protective film, the resulting print can withstand outdoor conditions without the image smudging.

Features:
High-Opacity (Adhesive) PVC: Opaque with gray adhesive backing, often used for signs, various boards, and standees.
Air-Release PVC
Translucent PVC: Used with acrylic for backlit signs.
Transparent PVC: Can be viewed from both sides, flexible, durable, and easy to apply with self-adhesive backing.

Applications:
Suitable for acrylic boards, composite boards, hollow boards, PP boards, foam boards, and various other materials for making signs, standees, wall decals, and exhibition setups.
Opaque with air-release pattern, commonly used for vehicle advertisements.
Transparent PVC has good light transmission and can be applied directly to hollow boards or milky white acrylic boards.
Fully transparent PVC material offers light transmission and a see-through effect without affecting indoor lighting.

(2) 1:1 Scale Layout Drawing
Layout drawings, also known as floor installation plans or machine positioning drawings, are commonly used in laboratories and high-precision industrial plants. These drawings serve to pre-determine the positions and drilling points of various machines before installation, allowing for direct reference during the installation process. This not only significantly reduces installation time but also improves the machining accuracy between machines.

Material Selection

◇ Tracing Paper
Designed for architects, this matte, semi-transparent tracing paper allows lines to be less affected by the background.
However, being paper-based, it is not waterproof and can be easily torn or damaged, so careful handling is required.
Tracing paper layout drawings demand an accuracy of less than 1mm per 500mm to ensure high-precision indoor layout.

◇ Fully Transparent Plastic Sheet
With a thickness of about 0.2~0.3mm, this durable, transparent plastic sheet is resistant to damage but cannot be bent sharply, as it will develop white creases.
The full transparency of this material makes it easy to observe covered areas, making it a preferred choice for machine layout in high-tech plants.
Transparent layout drawings require an accuracy of less than 1mm per 5000mm to ensure a high-precision indoor layout.
