Styrofoam / Foam Letters

Styrofoam letters are primarily cut using CNC hot wire technology, making them ideal for creating large 3D letters with a thickness over 10 cm and dimensions greater than 100 cm in both height and width. For sizes exceeding 180×90 cm, the letters are produced in segmented parts to ensure structural stability. The surface is not treated with putty; instead, it is directly painted with water-based waterproof paint, offering both environmental friendliness and vibrant color results.

As Styrofoam is a soft and porous material, minor dents or impact marks may occur during painting or transportation. These are inherent characteristics of the material and are considered unavoidable. Since such small imperfections do not affect the overall appearance or functionality, clients with higher detail requirements are encouraged to consider alternative materials.

With its lightweight nature, low cost, and high flexibility in design, Styrofoam lettering is especially suitable for short-term events, exhibitions, stage backdrops, photo booths, or themed commercial displays.
